How to Establish Spiritual Habits
Throughout the New Testament, we see Jesus practicing certain spiritual activities that enabled him to stay connected to his heavenly Father. This module provides an overview of these spiritual habits that strengthen and deepen our relationship with God.
Understanding the Story of the Bible
The Bible contains one central story: God working to restore a broken relationship with his creation. This module explores what the Bible is and traces the overarching story through the Old and New Testaments.
Understanding Who God Is
Our views of God directly impact how we relate to him. This module will unpack our understanding of the nature and character of God through an examination of the heart of the Father, the life and death of the Son, and the empowering role of the Holy Spirit.
Understanding Your New Identity
When we enter into a relationship with Jesus, we take on a new identity. But if we don’t know what that means, it's hard to experience the benefits of this new reality. This module will explore what our new identity in Christ looks like, how it impacts the way we view ourselves, and how true life change occurs.
How to Read the Bible Well
Anyone can read the Bible, but not everyone reads it well. Reading the Scriptures effectively involves knowing what they say, understanding what they mean, and then applying them to our lives. This module explains a three-step process for reading the Bible well.
How to Live in the Kingdom of God
Jesus invites us to be part of a new kingdom where he is the king. But what does that mean, and how does that impact our day-to-day lives? In this module, we explore Jesus’s first-century message, the upside-down life God invites us into, and how being part of his kingdom changes the way we are to approach and live in the world.
